Meeting for Area Business Owners to Share Thoughts on Possible Passenger Rail in Palmer
The State is considering the feasibility of East-West Passenger rail service from Boston to Worcester to Springfield. The Town of Palmer has contracted with the Center for Economic Development at UMass to help make the case to the state for a passenger rail stop in Palmer. Please come share your thoughts at a roundtable discussion about how a passenger rail stop could benefit the greater Quaboag region and why the state should consider adding a stop here.
