Ed Londergan, professional writer and editor, is pleased to announce a new Business Communication Skills training workshop. It focuses on improving employee communications skills and abilities through a combination of instruction and exercises.The training gives employees the knowledge and tools to identify the benefits of effective communication, recognize obstacles to successful communication and enhance their skills to communicate better.
The workshop can be customized to fit a business’s unique needs. While the training is best done as a complete program, it can be delivered as separate modules so those topics most applicable to the current business situation can be addressed.
The training covers basic writing skills, writing an effective email, listening skills, preferred and proper situational communication methods, non-verbal communication and how to put together a great presentation.
Londergan, with over 35 years of business experience as an employee, manager, consultant and small business owner as well as being a professional writer and editor, and having trained many people from groups of 3 to 350 in both formal and informal settings, has the knowledge and abilities to help any business communicate better.
