Register now and join us on Wednesday, November 17th, 2021 for the Quaboag Hills Chamber of Commerce's Annual Members Dinner!
We look forward to celebrating our accomplishments over the past year, and to updating members on our plans for the future! We are committed to supporting the business communities of the Quaboag Region so they can thrive and grow!
When one of our members is successful it supports the regional economy and we all benefit. As our state and region recover from the COVID Pandemic, the QHCC needs your support to continue to tackle the challenges our businesses face, such as advocacy, supply chain issues, digital marketing, workforce hiring and training, and connecting to funding and resources.
There has never been a better opportunity for the business communities of the Quaboag region to grow and succeed! The Chamber will be there every step of the way to help provide the leadership and connections for our businesses and communities! Our Chamber is strong and growing, with many new members joining this year!
Please consider supporting the Chamber's work through sponsorship of our 2021 Dinner.
Partnership opportunities, which include sponsorship of the Dinner and supporting the QHCC's year-round activities, are also available. Please contact us to learn more and support the Chamber's work.
We look forward to celebrating 2021 with you on November 17th!
The Annual Membership Meeting is required each year under our Bylaws. This is the time where members vote to make Bylaw changes. The Board will be submitting Bylaw changes at this event. Voting is limited to one representative of each member organization, and those voting must be attending in person.
Due to concerns surrounding COVID, we understand that not all members are comfortable with in-person events. Therefore, this will be a smaller hybrid event, and there will be a limit of 50 Tickets available for members and their guests to join us in-person on a first come-first served basis. Tables will be limited to 6 people, and we ask each member organization participating in-person to limit their registrations to only 6 people.
Board Members are exempt from the 50 ticket limit, but must still register for the event in order to attend in-person.
Virtual participants will be able to view all speeches and bylaw votes via Zoom. If you are participating virtually, we have made arrangements with several of our restaurant members to provide take-home meals to enjoy while you join us virtually. We encourage our virtual attendees to purchase a take-home meal from our member restaurants to show your support!
In-Person Registration covers your meal and event costs. (This is a buffet style event, however, servers will bring your meal choice to you at your table).
Virtual Registration covers event costs. (If you are purchasing a take-home meal from one of our participating restaurants, payment for the meal will be made directly to the restaurant).
