This is the time where members vote to make Bylaw changes. The Board will be submitting Bylaw changes at this event. Voting is limited to one representative of each member organization\, and those voting must be attending in person.\n\n\n\nDue to concerns surrounding COVID\, we understand that not all members are comfortable with in-person events. Therefore\, this will be a smaller hybrid event\, and there will be a limit of 50 Tickets available for members and their guests to join us in-person on a first come-first served basis. Tables will be limited to 6 people\, and we ask each member organization participating in-person to limit their registrations to only 6 people.\n\n\n\nBoard Members are exempt from the 50 ticket limit\, but must still register for the event in order to attend in-person.\n\n\n\nVirtual participants will be able to view all speeches and bylaw votes via Zoom. If you are participating virtually\, we have made arrangements with several of our restaurant members to provide take-home meals to enjoy while you join us virtually. We encourage our virtual attendees to purchase a take-home meal from our member restaurants to show your support!\n\n\n\nIn-Person Registration covers your meal and event costs. (This is a buffet style event\, however\, servers will bring your meal choice to you at your table).\n\n\n\nVirtual Registration covers event costs. (If you are purchasing a take-home meal from one of our participating restaurants\, payment for the meal will be made directly to the restaurant).
